I am trying to gather CPU load averages from several different NT systems
running Windows2K.

On my Compaq Systems, I uses the following OID and everythings seems to work
file.

# 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.1.3.(Index)
# iso(1).org(3).dod(6).internet(1).private(4).enterprises(1).compaq(232).
#
cpqHostOs(11).cpqHoComponent(2).cpqHoUtil(3).cpqHoCpuUtilTable(1).cpqHoCpuUt
ilEntry(1).cpqHoCpuUtilFiveMin(3).(Index)
# The CPU utilization as a percentage of the theoretical
# maximum during the last five minutes. A value of -1 indicates
# that no CPU utilization information is available for this
# processor.

On my NON Compaq system I used the following OID and I get very strange
results. CPU load seems to be either 100% or 0% and is no reflections of
reality.

# 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.1.2.1.3
# iso(1).org(3).dod(6).internet(1).private(4).enterprises(1).microsoft(311).
# software(1).systems(1).os(3).winnt(1).performance(1).cpuprocessorTable(2).
# cpuprocessorEntry(1).cpuPercentProcessorTime(3)
# Processor Time is expressed as a percentage of the elapsed time that a
processor is busy executing a non-Idle thread.
# It can be viewed as the fraction of the time spent doing useful work.
Each processor is assigned an Idle thread in the
# Idle process which consumes those unproductive processor cycles not used
by any other threads.
