[mrtg] Ascend Time stamp

I am querying the OIDs for Ascend boxes (MAX-6000s).  One of these OIDs is
supposed to return the Time Stamp for a user connecting to the box.  What I
get is a 6 to 7 digit number which does not make sense (i.e. 306428,
306440..... 3071243, etc..).    Every user gets a different number (as
expected) but mainly they all start with the same first 3 digits.  has
anybody seen this before, if so how do I get around converting that number
to something like:  connect time is "00:00:00:00", or something that makes
time-sense.
Please someone help...
