I don't have access to the types of systems that you are working with,
so the best I can do is guess at what is happening.
When you use the GETIF MIB Browser you are seeing an OID with a returned
value that seems to be realistic. When you copy that OID to SNMPUTIL.EXE
your missing part of that OID string for whatever reason. The part of
the string that is missing is probably the last "instance" number
that "is" needed.
For example, if you find "1.3.6.<whatever>.1" is returning the wanted
value, the actual OID string is likely to be
"1.3.6.<whatever>.1.0", or something like that.

The errorStatus=2 indicates "no such oid string", and errorIndex=1 means
the first oid being requested (assuming there are multiple oid strings
within the same snmp request).
Without seeing the exact oid strings and having access to the those same
host facilities, I can't tell for sure. Sorry.
