[mrtg] Problem with MRTG and RRDTOOL on Win2K

I got MRTG running on a Windows 200 Server box, then I installed RRDTool
and followed the instructions to change my MRTG cfg file to make it use
RRDTool.  However, now when I run, I get the following error:

'-' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
ERROR: Cannot update c:\mrtg\logs\DS3\157.130.139.206_1.rrd with
'1022182272:264
1279597:19171299' opening 'c:\mrtg\logs\DS3\157.130.139.206_1.rrd': No
such file
 or directory

Any suggestions?
