[mrtg] Big Brother & MRTG 2.9.17/2.9.25

Recently Robert Andre Croteau posted a new mrtg.pl to integrate MRTG and
BB....
 
I have started on the integration, but this has led me to realise that MRTG
has an upgrade available, basically this is a really stupid question, but
how does one go about the upgrade and retain all the existing configuration?
