[mrtg] Cfgmaker Errors - Cisco Catalyst 3524 Switch

I tried to create a config file for a Cisco Catalyst 3524 switch and got the
errors listed below. The only thing I know to check is that snmp is
configured (with community string) on the switch, which apparently isn't by
default. Any other possibilities?
