[mrtg] Monitoring a sub-interface?

I have just installed a Cisco 3620 Router on SHDSL Internet connection.  The
router a physical interface and a sub-interface in order for SHDSL to work.
I currently have MRTG monitoring an existing router (4700 on DDS connection)
and want to know if there is anything different I need to do to get MRTG
working on the new setup?

Your help would be greatly appreciated!
