No, I'm saying when you did search-and-replace "2" to "4" for the interface
number, it also altered the ::::2 to ::::4, which MRTG does not understand
and ignores.
Edit the target line back to 2's instead of 4's and it'll probably do what
you want.

Are you saying that I should only have four (:) colons in the non-working
interface?
The reference says five colons and the config that is working is using five
colons as well.
