[mrtg] Graphing total line utilization

I'm looking to tweak my MRTG graphs a bit to display the following:
 
1) Set fixed graph height
For example, I'd like the height of my T1 WAN link graphs to be hard set to
1600k
 
2) Show a horizontal red line at line speed
In the above example I'd like a red horizontal line @ 1544k
 
3) Add a third variable for total throughput
Currently my MRTG is graphing in and out bits. I'd like a third variable to
display in+out so I know how close I am to maxing out my WAN link.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
