It's pretty simple actually. All you need to do is in your "mrtg.cfg" is put a 
line of something like:

--
LoadMIBs: /path/to/cisco/supplied/mibs.txt
--

Of course, you'll need to send a HUP signal or restart MRTG for this change to 
take effect.
