[mrtg] Problem with one target not updating

Thanks for all your help last time, but now I have an odder problem.
Given this config:
Target[testdb.locavista.com_tps]:.1.3.6.1.4.1.111.4.1.1.1.23.2&.1.3.6.1.4.1.111.4.1.1.1.22.2:public at testdb.locavista.com
Title[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: TPS and user call rate for 
testdb.locavista.com
PageTop[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: <h1>TPS and user call rate for 
testdb.locavista.com</h1>
YLegend[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: TPS
LegendI[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: Transaction rate
LegendO[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: User call rate
Legend1[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: Transaction rate per second
Legend2[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: User call rate per second
ShortLegend[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: /s
MaxBytes[testdb.locavista.com_tps]: 999999999

I get values back, but the ones for the first OID never seem to make it to the 
graph:

Calling it a "food plan" doesn't help.
