[mrtg] CIR in mrtg?

Hi guys/gals, 


Just a couple of questions

1. does anyone know how to set a cir to a router in .cfg file
2. how do i set each router/device to use a different .cfg file
3. is there a function in mrtg that will tell me the last time the pvc status went inactive....etc?
