[mrtg] Bizarre time zone problem

Not new to mrtg, used successfully for many years...

Just installed it on a box I needed a quick graph from, but can I get the
blasted thing to graph the right time???

The box (win2k) has both the timezone and clock set okay, I added
Timezone[_]: GMT+3 all to no avail, my graphs are still 6 hours out...
(GMT-3). All other apps show the correct time...

I'm thinking some wierdness in Perl or this build of mrtg - I'm using mrtg
2.10.5 and activestate perl 5.8.0 build 806

My previous experiences have been with older versions of both, which worked
fine.

Anyone with a spoonful of clue whether this problem might be mrtg or perl,
perhaps point me to an NT/2K build of either that is not timezone
challenged?
