Hi Garry,

I believe you are correct in your assumptions. You will only see the
first connection setup packets and then the rest may be switched and not
counted from the vlan perspective. We have seen the same thing here and
came to the same conclusion.

You will need to aggregate, on a per customer basis, to get want you
want using the physical interface metrics. This probably depends on your
provisioning technique. We never went to the full extent of resolving
this ourselves. Good luck.
