[mrtg] Problem with using cfgmaker

Hello,
  I am trying to run cfgmaker on a catalyst 2950.  However, after
entering the perl script (e.g perl cfgmaker xxxxxxx at 10.x.x.x --global
"WorkDir: c:\mrtg\ltc" --output ltc.cfg) I am getting an error
message... Here it is:

Why is it telling me that I am having a problem with SNMPWAL at
cfgmaker line 796??????
