This is the "how do I process the numbers into MRTG"-list, not the
"how do I collect the numbers from device xyz"-list.
Knowledge on this list focusses on MRTG, not on NTP.
Find the support channel for the "a NTP server" product and ask there.
Then use the appropriate way (SNMP, or external program interface) to
have MRTG use those numbers.
