If you want your graph to be from Zero to MaxBytes, then add
Unscaled[fred]: dwmy

This will use day, week, month and year graphs to go from Zero to MaxBytes.
MaxBytes should be the max of your interface. For FastEthernet (100Mb) your
MaxByes would be 125000. You've got a few to may zeros.
