[mrtg] MRTG on an Oracle Box

I have tried to set up MRTG to run on a server that is already running
Oracle and it won't work.  The error seems to be a conflict with it trying
to build using the Perl that came with Oracle rather than the Perl I put on
for MRTG.  Has anyone had any experience with this?  Is it possible to get
both running at the same time without breaking Oracle?  Altering Oracle's
version of Perl or not running Oracle's Perl is not an option.  Note that
I'm running Windows 2000 server.
