[mrtg] Perl problems

Using Win 2003 server, MRTG with RRD.

Ran fine for a long time, until I did Windoz updates a few weeks ago. Now I get errors saying
it can not execute PERL.EXE.  Any one know of issues with Perl (ver 5 I believe) and the newest 2003 updates?
