Hi,
Just to help whoever might be interested in this topic, I've solved the
problem, with the help of some people in this newsgroup (thanks to
them!).
What I needed to do was set up a shared RSA key for SSH, create a perl
script on the remote servers which I want to monitor, and then put the
following in to the .cfg file for each remote server:
Target[graph]: `ssh user at host "perl /path/to/script.pl"`
It works like a charm.
If anyone is further interested in how to do this, I'll be happy to
chat.
Thanks to everyone!
Spencer
