[mrtg] Thresholds always warning

	What would cause :

--base: start RRDtool section

	It looks like its putting it in the RRD, and then not getting it out.
This is from FreeBSD ports, MRTG 2.12.2,1 and rrdtool rrdtool-1.2.11 .
