[mrtg] monitor individual IP on LAN without managable switch

Hello All.
I have Gentoo router in my LAN and MRTG running on it. 8 hosts are conected to router's eth1 throught a non-managable shitches. In MRTG I have one graph displaying summarized traffic on eth1. I need to mointor traffic per each single host in my LAN. 

Q1: How to configure MRTG to do so?
Q2: Is there possibility to run MRTG in time intervals smaller than 5min  (for ex. 1min)?
