[mrtg] Can't locate Socket6.pm (Windows MRTG with RRDTOOL and Routers2)

Scratching my head on this one.  MRTG with logging enabled says:

2006-05-25 13:45:21 -- Started mrtg with config '\configs\mrtg.cfg'
2006-05-25 13:45:21 -- Can't locate Socket6.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
c:/mrtg/bin\..\lib\mrtg2 c:/mrtg/bin C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib .) at
c:/mrtg/bin\..\lib\mrtg2/SNMP_Session.pm line 136.

According to the MRTG docs, socket6.pm is only needed if I am using
IPv6, which I certainly am not.  And it says if it can't find it, it
will just disable IPv6 support.  But instead, it kills MRTG immediately
after it can't find it.  I have FireDaemon running MRTG as a service, so
it just keeps restarting MRTG every 10 seconds!

Can someone point me in the right direction?
