Here are some samples of my environment (only for Windows servers):

harddrive:
Target[bkrpmu1-hd]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.5&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.5:ciscopublic at 10.10.2.16
2 /
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.5&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.5:community at 123.123.123.
123 * 100
could also be:
Target[dbsrpmu2-hd]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.3&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.4:ciscopublic at 10.10.2.15
5 /
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.3&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.4:community at 123.123.123.
123 * 100
The OID's depend on which disks you want to monitor. They normally start
at: 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.2 / 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.2 for Partition C,
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.3 / 1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.3 for Partition D, and
so on...
The above examples display the usage of the drives!!! (0% - 100% and not
the real space they have.

cpu:
#machine with 1 cpu
Target[webser12-cpu]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1:community at 123.123.123.
123
#machine with dual core cpu (monitor both cores):
Target[webser12-cpu]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.2:community at 123.123.123.

Both of my examples need "gauge"
(http://oss.oetiker.ch/mrtg/doc/mrtg-reference.en.html#Igauge) in the
options!
Plixer has a good composition of config examples:
