[mrtg] hello

[raman acharya]

hi, I am completely new to mrtg.But still I am trying to learn something out
of it. I tried to give the initial configuration to the router, but i got an
error message like this, snmp error.It would be helpful if you could explain
me about the error message and how to correct it.
