This looks as if either:

 

1) You only started monitoring at about 22:45 and so just have zeros before
this, or

2) You have MaxBytes[] set too low, and previous values were over this and
so were rejected (stored as zero).  In this case, set MaxBytes[] to 4kB, but
set AbsMax[] to your linespeed.
