[mrtg] trouble ticketing & working procedure

Good afternoon Mr.Halifox,
              At first thanx for a quick reply. Actually I want to know
how(the procedure) can I add my trouble ticketing application with MRTG, i.e
the integration of MRTG and my application and the condition(if any).
