[mrtg] how the 30 min avg is calculated and stored in log file

It is the Mean average of the individual data points which make up the consolidated date point.

IE, for a 30min average, it is the sum of the 6 data values divided by 6.

As well as for native mode log files, this is also the case for RRDTool databases.
