First problem -- with cfgmaker, options only affect the devices listed AFTER them (this allows oyu to specify multiple devices with different options on one command line).  So, your --show-op-down is AFTER the public at XXX and therefore won't affect it.  Make all options come BEFORE and community at device definition.
