[mrtg] MRTG graphs not showing proper values

This is the counter rollover.  You are using 16bit counters and at this speed, they roll over within the 5min polling interval.  You need to use the HC counters in SNMPv2 or decrease your polling interval.

To use HC counters and SNMPv2, put ':::::2' after the Target definition -- eg

1:community at host:::::2

This is a standard FAQ problem, except that we don’t have an FAQ (Tobi?  Want to add one to the MRTG website?)
