[mrtg] using external data to populate MRTG in a windows enviroment

Dear all, I have found and tested a solution, rather than using "more" I have
used "tail" and copied tail.exe to the  c:\mrtg-2.16.4\bin directory

OLD Config which did not work

Target[geonbsvr2a]: `more c:\mrtg-2.16.4\bin\verint\geonbsvr2amrtg.txt` 

NEW Config which does now work

Target[geonbsvr2a]: `tail c:\mrtg-2.16.4\bin\verint\geonbsvr2amrtg.txt`
