[mrtg] Port numbering on Dlink DGS-1210-48

UPDATE : Fortunately the files ending in _1 through _48.html do seem
to coorespond to physical ports 1 through 48, I am pleased to inform.

So as for the other ones above 48, I'll just leave them there and
treat them as a curiosity for now :-)
