[mrtg] Mrtg Apache upgrade problem

Hi,

I'm using MRTG -2.9.27 with Apache 1.3 on Windows server  and need to
upgrade our apache version to v2.2.When ı trying to start apache v2.2 , I'm
receiving "The requested operation has failed" error message.
I'm new for mrtg and apache configuration.

How can I solve the problem ?Could you please help about upgrading ?
