How can i add data source's to an existing rrd database dynamically.
so that the next time this new data source also gets updated.

You'll have to dump the database, edit the resulting ascii file and then
restore the database again. Basically you just make a copy of the RRA
and alter its properties.
Alternatively, you create a program that adds the rra. This can be a
part of rrdtool; rrdresize is such an addition.
