[rrd-users] Changing the step time

So is it possible to change the step time of an already established rrd?

I have an rrd that I was feeding with a step time of 300, but now want
to change it to 60.

Cna I change it dynamically, or do I need to destroy it and create a new
one?
if so, Can I export the current data and import into the new?
