[rrd-users] [Q] How to draw a graph with VRULEs like the MRTG?

Hi~

The MRTG's graphs have red VRULEs

- every midnight(00:00) for daily,
- every monday midnight for weekly,
- every start of month for monthly,
- every start of year for yeary.

These red VRULEs make it easy to 'read' the graph.

The man page of rrdtool has the following:

   VRULE:time#rrggbb[:legend]
Draw a vertical rule into the graph and optionally add a legend

In this manual, does 'time' mean only the unix timestamp?

How can I draw a graph with VRULEs like the MRTG?

Thank you.
