You'll get an error message saying that you cannot update because it is
before the last update time.
However, if you have two separate RRD files, you can create one graph from
two sources. The two RRD files can have different last-update-times.

Modifying an existing entry is not possible. Rebuilding a database
from scratch is (provided of course the input data is still available).
