[rrd-users] problems with mrtg-rrdtool-14all , the webpage

hi everybody ,
i am trying to monitor the cpu utilization for a 2000 server.
This is my original config file -->

 i am getting the rrd file which is being updated every 3 minutes ... no problems so far .. but the problem is with the 14all graphing part ..
when i try the cgi from the web server i get a page not found error , however i can run the cgi using the 
perl -w 14all.cgi 
at the cmd prompt .. i get html code..and no errors .. but the webpage generated ( i am attaching it to this mail ) is , as you can see , of no particular use ..
could anyone please help me with this
