OMG!
I've tried to understand you... I think I have...

You need to use the GPRINT function to print the MAX and MIN RRAs...
Something like this at you rrdtool graph command:


"GPRINT:%ds%:MIN:Minimum\:%6.0lf\l"
"GPRINT:%ds%:MAX:Maximum\:%6.0lf\l"

Overwrite "%ds%" with the desired data source
