In this case I'm deliberately caching the images (building them with 
the --lazy option) as some of them take a while to build (20s), and 
the monthly/yearly graphs don't change half as often as some users 
are refreshing their pages (I had one put a page in a frame and 
refresh it every 3 seconds !)
