I've never used this probe myself, but here's a guess:

Looking at lib/Smokeping/ciscoRttMonMIB.pm, this is
"rttMonEchoAdminPktDataRequestSize", which is calculated from the
"packetsize" variable in the config file. Have you specified the size?
The probe documentation indicates it should be between 8 and 16392, but
maybe that's incorrect...
