[smokeping-users] Running smokeping inside a Virtual Machine

I've also run Smokeping on FreeBSD running inside VMWare on a Windows
box on multiple occasions. No issues... except adjusting a boot time
setting in FreeBSD so the clock would work properly in the VM.
