[smokeping-users] Announce Smokeping 2.2.7

Smokeping Users!

Smokeping 2.2.7 is out. With the following changes:

* fqdn slaves do work now without any hacks.
* slave nameing inconsistencies in the config file get caught
* make tsmoke work with multihost targets

As usual I have updated the demo website on
