[smokeping-users] RRD_DEFAULT_FONT issue

Hi,

Smokeping runs as root and I assumed it was root’s .bash_profile that would set the environment variable.
Rrdtool seems to ignore RRD_DEFAULT_FONT

I have tried setting ‘RRD_DEFAULT_FONT=DEFAULT:0:Liberation Mono’ but the font does not change.
What am I missing here?


# set | grep RRD
RRD_DEFAULT_FONT='Liberation Mono Regular 0'

# fc-list | grep "Liberation Mono"
/usr/share/fonts/TTF/LiberationMono-Regular.ttf: Liberation Mono:style=Regular
/usr/share/fonts/TTF/LiberationMono-BoldItalic.ttf: Liberation Mono:style=Bold Italic
/usr/share/fonts/TTF/LiberationMono-Italic.ttf: Liberation Mono:style=Italic
/usr/share/fonts/TTF/LiberationMono-Bold.ttf: Liberation Mono:style=Bold
